4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by space type and booking duration:

Monthly Bookings

30 days notice required for full refund. Partial refunds may be available for shorter notice periods.

Daily Bookings

48 hours notice required for full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees.

Hourly Bookings

24 hours notice required for full refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Event Spaces

Special cancellation terms apply. Please review your booking confirmation for details.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

7. Workspace Usage Rules

When using booked workspace facilities:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Kent Spaces and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • • Your use or inability to use our services
  • • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • • Any content obtained from our services
  • • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kent Spaces and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
